Crew

Employees on shore
Who they are:
Administrative personnel, technical and commercial management

We engage with our on-shore employees through comprehensive training and improvement programs, and annual development plans
Customers
Who they are:
Industrial customers, and charterers and traders who employ our vessels on voyage, time-charter or affreightment contracts
Their concerns:
Quality of service, reliability, safety of crew and vessels, pollution, emissions
How we engage:
We have daily contact with customers throughout voyages and contract commitments, in addition to regular meetings regarding long-term co-operation and development, e.g., related to emission reductions
Investors
Who they are:
Shareholders in the company
Their concerns:
Dividends, short-and long-term returns and profitability, climate-related risks and opportunities, market development and competitor situation, transparency, governance
How we engage
We engage with investors on a regular basis though quarterly result presentations, and top management meetings
Financing partners
Who they are:
Banks, bond holders and other financial institutions
Their concerns:
Solidity, debt service ability, long-term strategy/development, trustworthiness, anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, environmental footprint with focus on emissions, responsible ship recycling
How we engage:
We engage with financing parties are typically engaged prior to them providing capital and throughout the lifetime of a commitment. We are in dialogue with existing and new financing providers on a continuous basis.
Regulators
Who they are:
IMO, Norwegian laws and regulations, flag state and class requirements, EU regulations, local laws and regulations in jurisdictions where we operate
Their concern:
Compliance with rules and regulations, safety, emission reductions and adhering to the expectations of everyday society
How we engage:
We provide input to future regulations that are circulated for consultation, often through with the Norwegian Shipowners Association
Suppliers
Who they are:
Agents, bunkers suppliers, ship and repair yards, spare parts suppliers, store suppliers, etc.
Their concerns:
Solidity, dealing with responsible counterparties
How we engage:
We engage with our suppliers on a continuous basis
